Starting off from Washington DC, we'll cross the Atlantic via an overnight transatlantic jet flight. En route enjoy dinner followed by a full length movie. Upon arrival in Rome you will be met and escorted to your waiting motor coach fro transfer to your hotel. Located in the center of the Region of Lazio, Rome, the eternal City, reflects every era and is definitely a feast for your eyes. A world of art, history and culture that has been atttracting visitors since he beginning of Western cililization. We'll tour Vatican City and see the treasures in the vatican Museum and gallery and Raphael's Rooms. View the frescos in the Sistine Chapel. Then we'll embark on the Norwegian Jade. This ship has an ncredible array of amenities including restaurants, bars and lounges, swimming pools and spas.

In Livorno you will be offered to some of the most famous Tuscan towns know for their art, architecture and wine. Arrive in sophisticated monte Carlo, the worlds second smallest country istuated on the French Riviera and known for its legendary Belle Epoque Casino and impressive palaces. Enjoy the day as you explore how the rich and famous live and play here.               


Toulon, situated in southern France on the Mediterranean Coast. We'll explore the charming old town with its small squares, foutains, quait shops and cafes. Than on to cosmopolitan Barcelona Spain, the cultural and ploitical center of Catalonia and Spain's most Euopean city. You'll have an opportunity to explore the medieval streets of the Gothic Quarter, visit the famous Cathedral and Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia church..

Valencia Spain is an exciting city where old world charm meets modern architectural wonders. Popular sites include the 13th century Cathedral and Chapel of the Holy Chalice as well as the Quart Towers and Serranos Towers. Than its off to Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia. This quaint old coty offers the perfect blend of modern life and medieval mystery. The Citadel, Roman ruins, Byzantine churches and Botanic gardens are just some of the highlights.

Arrive in Carthage, Tunisia and experience the ruins of what was once one of the greatest cities of the ancient world. Carthage was the heart of the Mediterranean empire before it was leveled by the Romans in 146 BC. You will have an opportunity to explore the Roman amphitheater, bathsm cistern and cathedrals. Then your port of call will be Palermo, Sicily, with its unique mix of Romanesque, Arab, Norman and Byzentine monuments. You can explore the magnificant Cathedral built in 1185, and no visit to Palermo would be ecomplete without experiencing one of the cities outdoor markets.


 Carthage, Tunisia

Arrive in Naples located on Italys stunning Amalfi coast, a city that will take you back through the centuries with its grand piazzas, cathedrals and castles in the old city center. You'll have an opportunity to visit Pompeii, the Roman city buried long ago in volcanic ash and take a scenic drive along the spectacular coast. You will disembark your ship in Civitavecchia. Then continue to Rome for a tour of the remnants of Ancient Rome.
